The learning system is the most important role in education. MIN Toweren Aceh Tengah has a problem in the thematic learning system. Students have poor learning motivation in class. Analysis of the learning system at MIN Toweren was carried out to find its weaknesses. With the PISCES analysis method, the current performance of the learning system is the main source of problems. The results of the analysis are the basis for consideration for improvements in the learning system. The results of this study provide a solution for the development of a digital-based learning system in grade 1 mathematics thematic lessons at MIN Toweren. The Empowerment of Infaq and Waqf Evaluation in light of Maqasid al-Sharia Perspective in Mosques in Palangka Raya, Indonesia

In a community in Indonesia, the proposal of establishing a mosque as the activity center has increasingly bloomed. This program restores the exuberance of the mosque through religious practices and places it as the center of community life in social, cultural, and economic aspects. In Palangka Raya, several mosques played an economic role in building bazaars around mosques, including bistros and other small businesses. Given that most of the mosques in the city have obtained large amounts of infaq (almsgiving) and waqf, it is essential to know the extent to which these funds are used in improving the economy of Muslims, especially in Palangka Raya and its surrounding area. The researchers used qualitative research by extracting primary data through interviews, observations, and documentation. This study aimed to evaluate the extent of empowerment of infaq and waqf in the mosques of Palangka Raya City in the maqasid al-shariaperspective. This study argued that the problems in the economic empowerment plan for mosques in Palangka Raya were the lack of human resources (HR), socialization, and funds. Therefore, to minimize the drawbacks, mosque management should continue to improve its quality by socializing mosque programs, providing training for new mosque cadres, and offering professional development for existing human resources on managing zakat, infaq, and sadaqah to maximize the mosque income

PENETAPAN HARGA BARANG DALAM ARISAN JAM TANGAN ALEXANDRE CHRISTIE PERSPEKTIF HUKUM EKONOMI SYARIAH DI KOTA PALANGKA RAYA

Penurunan harga barang yang menjadi objek arisan jam tangan Alexandre Christie menimbulkan kerugian bagi anggota arisan. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mengetahui, Bagaimana mekanisme pelaksanaan arisan jam tangan Alexandre Christie di Kota Palangka Raya. Dan Bagaimana Penetapan Harga Barang Dalam Arisan Jam Tangan Alexandre Christie Presfektif Hukum Ekonomi Syari’ah di Kota Palangka Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan sosio-legal. Data penelitian dihimpun melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 7 anggota arisan dan 1 pengelola serta 1 informan tokoh agama. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mekanisme pelaksanaan arisan jam tangan Alexandre Christie sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan akad, yang mengikuti kesepakatan di awal. Adapun jika ditinjau dari hukum ekonomi syari’ah, maka penetapan harga barang dalam arisan jam tangan Alexandre Christie dikatakan sesuai dengan ketentuan nilai tukar at-tsaman mengandung unsur maslahah. Penetapan harga atau angsuran dalam arisan tersebut telah ditetapkan dari awal sebelum terbentuknya arisan serta apabila ada perubahan harga, itu menjadi resiko bagi anggota. Arisan ini sudah sesuai dengan akad jual beli, maka arisan jam tangan Alexandre Christie mengandung unsur maslahah, atau mengandung unsur kemaslahatan bagi pengelola dan para anggota

Potensi Pengembangan Wisata Syariah di Kecamatan Pantai Lunci Kabupaten Sukamara

Semakin berkembangnya wisata berbasis syariah di beberapa wilayah yang memiliki destinasi wisata yang mendukung dan mayoritas berpenduduk muslim, serta semakin meningkatnya pengelolaan wisata syariah. Penelitian ini difokuskan dalam dua rumusan masalah, yaitu (1) Apakah rencana strategis pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Sukamara memiliki prioritas dalam pembangunan daerah wisata; (2) Bagaimana potensi pengembangan wisata berbasis syariah di Kecamatan Pantai Lunci. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, adapun teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Rencana strategis pemerintah Kabupaten Sukamara memiliki prioritas dalam pembangunan daerah wisata karena hal tersebut merupakan bagian dari kebijakan pemerintah daerah yang dimuat dalam rencana pembangunan jangka menengah daerah Kabupaten Sukamara serta adanya peran dari Dinas Kepemudaan Olahraga dan Kepariwisataan serta kelompok sadar wisata. (2) Potensi wisata di Kecamatan Pantai Lunci cukup berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi wisata syariah, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari masyarakat yang memahami terkait wisata syariah, mayoritas penduduknya muslim, fasilitas ibadahnya tersedia dan mudah ditemukan, produk-produk yang disajikan adalah produk halal, serta masyarakat mendukung untuk pengembangan wisata syariah. Ditinjau dari maslahah bahwa potensi pengembangan wisata syariah dapat menolak kemudaratan dalam rangka untuk menjaga dan memelihara maqashid al-syari’ah (tujuan-tujuan syariat)

The use and sale of software products without permission from the creator/copyright holder is piracy and an act of copyright infringement under the Copyright Law and the MUI Fatwa. This study discusses the forms and constraints in controlling Copyright on computer software products and Islamic views on the practice of buying and selling pirated computer software products. The researcher uses a statutory and conceptual approach in this sociological, juridical research. The data collection techniques in this study used literature and field studies with descriptive-analytical methods. The practice of buying and selling computer software products is legal in Islam's view. However, suppose you practice buying and selling using illegal (pirated) computer software products. In that case, the sale and purchase are considered harmful, and the law is forbidden or prohibited in Islam. The existence of free song download sites on electronic media has the potential to infringe on Copyright. I gave authors the exclusive right to use themselves and may prohibit other people without their permission from using their work primarily for commercial purposes. This research is motivated by the buying and selling of Instagram followers who trade accounts without the knowledge and permission of the account owner. Followers of sellers only use a piece of software to make additions, then the Instagram account will automatically add to the Instagram buyer followers account, raising questions about the legal protection of account owners who are traded without permission. This study aims to analyze the legal protection of followers buying and selling transactions. This research uses the documentation method. The results of this study indicate that in the transaction the object being traded is an Instagram account belonging to someone else and without the knowledge of the account owner. If it is examined using repressive legal protection theory, Instagram follower sellers have violated the provisions of article 32 paragraph (1) and (2) so that according to the article, seller followers can be prosecuted by article 48 paragraph (1) and (2) ITE Law.
